What I liked. Convenient location for hospital. Parking good. Fairly easy to figure out where you ard going. Clean. Nice mattress and pillows and sheets. Wish I could take them home with me. My back never got sore! Nice view from the 16th floor. What I didn't like was no USB outlet. There was a convenient regular plug outlet though. Carpet kind of dated.

We stayed at the holiday inn for a medical apt. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was very clean. Comfortable feather pillows which I love. The staff in the restaurant were super friendly and professional. Only complaint was that there was no hot water or water pressure at 5:30am. And no one down stairs answered the phone when I tried to ask why that was. One of us needed a shower before a medical apt and we weren’t anticipating that not being an option. By around 6:30 the water was as usual.

Front desk staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Rooms a bit dated. Location was good with lots of restaurants close by. 30 minute walk to most places of interest. Not a top quality hotel but decent enough.

Booked by agent and thought it was the Downtown location so disappointed on that front, pre-booked taxi took us to Downtown! Carpets in hallways and room not clean, otherwise OK. If you don't like to walk cost of taxi's to Downtown would cover part of the cost of accommodation to the Holiday Inn Downtown and more options to feel part of the city

Whilst the room is large with two beds and the en suite has all you would expect the hotel has a tired feel . There was only one bedside unit between the two beds which meant the person sleeping on the outside would have no where to put a glass of water etc. The TV program guide failed due to no signal. Our toilet was badly stained with a brown water ring. Overall not worth the cost.
